Returns | Return Policy


The Awana Store is happy to replace an item or to refund the credit card originally used for its purchase. Simply repack the item(s) in the original packaging, together with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

 

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please follow these directions:

Complete the return form on the reverse side of the packing slip and include the completed form in your return shipment. This enables us to process your return correctly.

For each item that you wish to return, please include:

    * Item number
    * Description of the item
    * Quantity
    * The return reason code

The return reason codes are listed at the bottom of the form. Use the one that most closely applies to the product(s) you are returning.

A shipping label is attached to the packing slip for your convenience. Use this shipping label for sending your return.
If the return form is not available, please include the following information in your return shipment:

    * Church name and address
    * Awana customer number
    * Your name, phone number and e-mail address
    * Item number
    * Description of each item
    * Quantity returned
    * Reason for return

Please note the following:

* Credit will be issued after we have received the returned items and checked that they are in salable condition. For items (except handbooks) sold as packages, credit will only be given if the complete package is returned.
* Items that do not meet criteria for crediting becomes the property of Awana and will not be returned.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

We will not accept any shipments that arrive C.O.D.
* Do not include payments or orders with your returns.
* Items shipped directly from the manufacturer, such as race tracks, finish-line detectors or quizzing boxes need to be returned directly to the manufacturer.
