Handbook Review Patches

1. Handbook review patches are awarded to clubbers who recite all answers and verses from one or more books in one sitting. For one book this would equal 32 answers and verses, for two books – 64, for three books – 96 and for four books – 128.

2. Clubbers who complete all Gold sections in a particular book will automatically earn the corresponding book review patch. (The last Gold section of each book requires clubbers to say all 32 answers and verses.)

3. Clubbers must do this in one sitting. Be aware that a clubber’s recitation may require more than the time allotted in a regular small group setting. You may want to schedule time before or after club to accommodate your clubbers.

4. As always, the two helps rule applies. A clubber who is attempting to review entire handbooks in one sitting is tackling a very difficult achievement and should be challenged to do the best possible job. However, you may want to offer some leeway with minor words or articles, such as “a”, “and” or “the”. It will be clear whether or not the clubber really knows a given verse.
