Check-in
Scheduled performance times will be emailed to the team’s Summit leader approximately one week prior to Summit. This will be your only confirmation. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled competition time. If you are not there at your scheduled time, you will forfeit your opportunity to perform.

Fees
As indicated on the Summit registration form each participant must pay the $60 fee for up to two entries, (an additional $25 for a third entry). Please note that in lieu of the participation form with the pastor’s signature as in the past, we are simply asking you at the end of the form to affirm that the pastor has approved of this entry. All registration forms must be postmarked by February 9, 2012. Registrations will freeze at this time so that room assignments can be made and emailed to team’s Summit leaders. We can not accept any changes after that date.

Song Suggestions
Music selected for competition must be either sacred or patriotic. For the purposes of this competition, sacred music is defined as songs dedicated to God as the object of our worship. The lyrics must reflect this and therefore contain an actual name of God. You may perform any sacred piece you wish but for help in choosing a piece or finding an arrangement of contest quality, refer to the “Contest Piece Suggestions” sheet.

Room Assignments
Competitions will be in the Main Building at Pheasant Run.

Practice Rooms
Practice rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of your time in the rehearsal rooms if others are waiting.

Wristbands
Wristbands are required for entry into a Fine Arts competition room. Two wristbands are provided with each Fine Arts entry form. Daily spectator passes will be available for purchase at the Summit Office.

Lunch Break
During the noon hour a lunch break will be available. A cash lunch station will be in the Garden Terrace Atrium.
