You may call Awana Customer Care at 866-292-6227. We will be pleased to assist you with any problems you may have regarding placing your order or the site.

Once your order is placed we cannot change or cancel it.

If you have placed an order for an item that we no longer carry, the order for that item will automatically be cancelled and we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care Team at 866-292-6227 for a recommendation.
