1. What's your number?
   Display the number of Rorheim Institute Units (RIUs) you've earned on your lanyard name card. There are many ways to earn RIUs including Basic Training, completion of handbooks, attending training events and many more!
2. What’s your color?
   Wear a different lanyard color to signify a new level of achievement. Based on the number of RIUs you have earned, you'll be entitled to wear the black, bronze, silver, gold or platinum lanyard.

Are you in?
Discover your RIU number and lanyard color by registering on the Awana Resources and Tools website with your personal email address. Once the registration process is complete, simply log in to Awana Resources and Tools and explore the Training Tracker course catalog. You can log credit for the training or ministry experience you've already completed and can explore ways to work toward the next achievement level. You'll be sporting a new lanyard in no time!
