How Many Verses Are Learned and Awards Earned in Each Awana Program?

Sparky Award
To earn a Sparky Award, a clubber must finish three handbooks, which involves reciting 150 verses and completing 37 activities on missions, witnessing, patriotism, prayer and creation.

Excellence Award
To earn the Excellence Award, a boy or girl must complete two handbooks or manuals from T&T, Trek or Journey and either have completed or about to complete fourth grade.

Timothy Award
To earn the Timothy trophy, a boy or girl must complete four handbooks or manuals from T&T, Trek and/or Journey and have completed or be on the verge of completing sixth grade.

Citation Award
A teenager earning the Citation Award must be a graduating senior. Adults can also earn the Citation. In completing the award requirements, the achiever will have memorized 836 verses, read the entire Bible and completed the 10 third- through 12th-grade handbooks and manuals.
