Church Rewards Program
  1. 1. Question: Will points be calculated by dollars spent on items only, or will they receive points for shipping/tax costs, in other words, for the grand total of the order?
    Answer: Retail price of items only – tax and shipping will not help accrue points.
  2. 2. Question: How are points calculated?
    Answer: $1 equals 1 point. Any cents will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
  3. 3. Question: Who will be able to see how many points our church has accumulated?
    Answer: Anyone who purchases qualifying products and has registered to sponsor your church can see how many points you have accumulated.
  4. 4. Question: Who can redeem our church rewards points?
    Answer: Only the commander redeems points for reward bundles.
  5. 5. Question: What products qualify for points?
    Answer: All products that qualify can be found at awana.org/parentproducts or under the Family tab on the Awana Store.

  1. 1. Question: Can I use my free shipping coupon on a fax, mailed or phoned-in order?
    Answer: No. As explained on the coupon, the code is only applicable for orders placed online via the Awana Store.

    Answer: All free shipping coupon codes must be redeemed by Feb. 29, 2012.
