Empowering Local Churches for Powerful Children's Ministry

Awana is global in scope but local in focus. In a given week, 1.5 million young people visit Awana in more than 14,000 churches and 100 countries. But all our worldwide ministry efforts are concentrated into one simple, grassroots purpose – to support the local church.

Awana assists churches as they help kids discover the great adventure of knowing Christ and making Him known. Awana serves churches of all sizes by supplying them with vibrant programs, materials and training. Churches use these tools to build a successful youth ministry that reaches out to the youth and families in their community. As Awana continues to expand into new countries and regions of the world, our formula will remain the same: to equip churches to communicate God’s love to kids in need.
